Operation is performed with the ZZZ 201 winder handle for in reach installations or the ZCT 300 extension rod for out of reach installations (ZZZ 201 & ZCT 300 must be purchased separately). It is manual operated has maximum roof pitch angle of 85 degree and minimum roof pitch angle of 14 degree. It ventilates about 4.75 sq-ft area. It is perfect for ventilating any area of the home with daylight and views of the sky. This economical alternative is perfect for use in homes with abundant daylight. It sits lower in the roof without disturbing the roofline. Rain sensor automatically closes the skylight in case of any rain. It blocks 80% heat block and dual-pane glass minimizes noise.
