It is manual operated has maximum roof pitch angle of 60 degree and minimum roof pitch angle of 0 degree. It ventilates about 4.49 sq-ft area. NEAT coating minimizes the effort required for cleaning. Double glazing blocks 70% of radiant heat and dual-pane glass minimizes noise.
