The 300mm Dovetail Jig is designed to use for industrial applications. Cast aluminium comb of the jig withstands continuous use and ensures longer life. It is used to cut 1/2 Inch blind dovetails, 1/2 Inch rebar dovetails and 1/2 Inch box joints. Jig works well with any router machine and cuts up to 32mm thick stock. Edge guides place the stocks perfectly in position for a perfect fit. Stop pins can be adjusted easily to align the next joint perfectly thus cutting every joint in same sizes. User can make use of the clamping bar to hold the stock against the stop pins during the clamping process. Flexible jig cuts both male and female parts of the joint.
