The VS Manual operated skylight provides comfort and energy savings with free daylight and natural ventilation. Operation is performed with the ZZZ 201 winder handle for in reach installations or the ZCT 300 extension rod for out of reach installations (ZZZ 201 & ZCT 300 must be purchased separately). It ventilates about 4.31 sq-ft area. It is perfect for ventilating any area of the home with daylight and views of the sky. This economical alternative is perfect for use in homes with abundant daylight. It sits lower in the roof without disturbing the roofline. Rain sensor automatically closes the skylight in case of any rain. It blocks 80% heat block and dual-pane glass minimizes noise. NEAT coating minimizes the effort required for cleaning. The pre-installed insect screen keeps mosquitoes and flies out
