Levene Warranty Information

Warranty only does not apply to pre-tinted bases/colours/products.

15 YEAR GUARANTEE against peeling, blistering and flaking. Levene® Exterior is guaranteed against peeling, flaking and blistering for 15 years if applied according to the specified instructions. To claim you must be living in the house you have painted with Levene® Exterior. This guarantee applies to residential work only and does not cover paint failure caused by any breakdown of coatings applied previously, where Levene Exterior is applied over coatings not specified by Levene or in the event of substrate failure. If the product does not perform as specified, we will replace the goods free of charge. The warranty above applies for 15 years from the date of purchase. To make a claim under the warranty, please contact Levene using the details shown and provide details of your claim. You must show proof of purchase and bear all expenses incurred in making a claim. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under any applicable law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Gurantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

10 YEAR GUARANTEE: Levene® guarantees that Levene® Roof will not blister, flake or peel for 10 years, provided it is applied on properly prepared surfaces as per label directions. To claim you must be living in the property you have painted with Roof. This guarantee applies to residential work only and does not cover paint failure caused by any ingress of moisture, breakdown of coatings applied previously or over coatings not specified by Levene® or substrate failure or due to faulty design or construction. If Levene® Roof does not perform as specified above, Levene® will provide free of charge paint to rectify the affected areas. This warranty is limited and excludes all labour and other charges. To make a claim under the warranty, please contact Levene® Customer Service 0800 800 424 and provide details of your claim. 5 YEAR GUARANTEE: Levene® Kitchen & Bathroom is guaranteed for 5 years against mould growth as long as Levene Kitchen & Bathroom is applied in accordance with the instructions for use. If mould growth occurs within 5 years of application, we’ll replace the paint free of charge to rectify the affected areas. This warranty is limited and excludes all labour and other charges. To claim you must be living in the property you have painted with Levene Kitchen & Bathroom. To make a claim under the warranty, please contact Levene Customer Service 0800 800 424 and provide details of your claim. You must show proof of purchase and bear all expenses incurred in making a claim. This guarantee applies to residential work only.
