Engineered for longevity, this form ply can be reused over 30 times with proper care and handling, making it a cost-effective choice for repeated use. The faces are pressed with a 120 mgs/m2 phenolic film overlay and a 235 mgs/m2 MDO overlay, totaling 355 mgs/m2. This combination ensures superior water resistance and stiffness stability, crucial for maintaining the integrity of the plywood under demanding conditions. The overlay film contains 65% phenolic resin, while the MDO overlay contains 27%. This high resin content enhances the durability and performance of the plywood, ensuring it withstands the rigors of repeated use.
