The Bandsaw features heavy-duty gauge steel construction and has hinged doors for allowing quick access for blade change. The bandsaw is driven by powerful 1/2 hp induction motor for efficient cutting and is precision balanced by die-cast aluminium wheels for minimum vibration. The blade measuring 1710 mm x 6 to 13 mm, cuts 80 mm deep at 45 degree and at a 700 m/min speed. The solid cast aluminium trunnion under the table supports die-cast aluminium table with fence and mitre gauge, allowing table adjustment from 0 to 45 degree for bevel cutting. A built-in cleaning brush on the lower wheel and a dust extraction port connects to a dust collector system. The ball bearing top and bottom blade guides are fully adjustable for improving performance and extending blade life.
