The Bandsaw features heavy-duty gauge steel construction and has two doors on the front for allowing quick access for blade change. The bandsaw is driven by powerful 0.75 kW 1 hp 4-pole motor for efficient cutting and is precision balanced by die-cast aluminium wheels for minimum vibration. This bandsaw is designed for aluminium fabricators, joinery shops, fine cabinet makers, professional wood turners as well as the serious DIY user. The two speed pulley system ensures motor to run at a faster speed for woodcutting and slower speed for the cutting of non-ferrous metals. The unique removable blade tension handle prevents damage during transport. The speed change mechanism guides blade by edge-facing thrust bearings to vary the cutting speed. The blade measuring 2490 mm x 6 to 19 mm, cuts 200 mm deep at 45 degree and at a 440/900 m/min speed. The standard bandsaw has cast-iron working table which tilts 45 degree for bevel cutting.
