The Iplex Alkathene 300 Series is manufactured from a 'new generation' low density polyethylene material that is resistant to weathering, UV rays and kinking. It is a reliable choice for day to day water reticulation on any farm due to its robust wall section and flexibility. The new generation LDPE material provide good flexibility making it easy to uncoil and faster to install.
- Suitable for use with in-line bloat remedy dispensing systems
- Higher pressure rating than traditional LDPE, manufactured to NZS 7601
- Tough and Flexible - Robust wall section makes Alkathene resistant to kinking and able 'to take the knocks'
- Bloat treatment systems resistant to bloat remedies, tested in accordance with ASTMD 1693 'Environmental Stress Crack Resistance'
- Manufactured from pre-compounded LDPE, ensuring consistent carbon black dispersion to maximise Alkanthene’s ability to withstand UV degradation.
