The Kooltherm K10 White Soffit Board is suitable for concrete soffits. The fibre-free rigid thermoset closed cell phenolic insulation core is sandwiched between an upper tissue-based facing and a lower facing aluminium foil. Board measures 2270 x 1200mm. The R1.9 value minimizes the accumulation of dust on the surface. It offers superior fire performance.
