The Sikaflex MS sealant is designed to use for sealing joints of most building substrates. This durable sealant adheres to most materials such as concrete, brick, masonry, panels, windows, doors and fibre cement sheeting. Flexible sealant can be painted with water-based paints after curing. It offers good resistance to chemicals, UV and shrinkage. The curing rate of the sealant is 6mm in 4 days at 25 deg C.
