The 135 degree split point titanium tip bit engages work material on contact without any walk across, therefore resulting in increased productivity. Variable helix design with 15 degree end, removes material at a rapid rate with minimum heat build to ensure that the bit stays sharper for long time. It is coated with titanium to offers 3 times more life compared to black oxide drill bits. The bit features 1/4 inch hex shank and 17mm working length. It splits the material away from the bit so that frequent cooling of bit is not required. Helix design cut material while clearing the removed material form the workpiece. The 135 degree split point allows to achieve accurate holes.
