The 40V max XGT Brushless Brush Cutter is engineered to provide the power equivalent to a 23cc petrol line trimmer but with lower noise, less maintenance, zero emissions, and no pull starts. It features a lightweight design with a rear mount Makita-built brushless motor that can deliver up to 180 minutes of run time with a 40V XGT 4.0Ah battery. The Brush Cutter has three-speed settings (Low: 0-3,500 RPM, Medium: 0-5,300 High: 0-6,500 RPM) for power and run-time management. It also features a reverse function that quickly clears the trimmer head of entangled grass and weeds. The steel drive shaft is engineered for reduced vibration. For added durability, it features IPX4 weather-resistant construction, and Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) engineered for improved dust and water resistance.
