This Bordo reduced shank drill bit is engineered from M2 high speed steel with a 118 degree split point designed for self centring and efficient drilling with reduced friction. The point angles are ideal for general purpose use in drilling non-ferrous materials such as mild steel, cast iron, timber and plastics. Bordo jobber drill bits have a bright finish, meaning they have no surface treatment and are supplied in the as-ground condition. This Bordo jobber drill bit has a reduced shank size at 1/2 inch.
